IBNAY Denim is the garments arm. It pairs Ahmedabad's well-known textile capacity with IBNAY's centralised brand and operations, giving the holding a physical, cash-generating vertical to balance the software and token tracks.

Ahmedabad has world-class denim capacity but most of it ships as white-label product under foreign brands. Local operators rarely capture the brand margin.

Own the brand. Keep manufacturing local and tightly supervised. Use the Indian entity for wholesale and retail contracts, with the Estonian entity positioned for eventual EU-facing e-commerce expansion.

A scalable physical vertical that produces measurable unit economics, hedges the software and token exposure, and gives IBNAY a cash-flowing operation from month one.
